Put it together, rides really well! Quick but with a forgiving character. Not quite happy yet though, it needs skinwalls and a shorter steerer to get the stack height down on the hs!

supernice.. all done well and those gipiemme stuffs are things of beauty and specialty. do you actually ride this often or this is more a wall piece? also, what rims actually? tubs or clincher?

clicked the link.. mavic ma40's, clinchers.. better choice then my matrix * cough* touring rims.. but on the other hand, they're 22mm wide rims, so i can jump on the "wider rims are actually better" bandwagon..

Even though it could be a showpiece it's actually my daily drive. It's turning some heads when I come flying. And yeah, MA40 clinchers 19mm. Bombproof as I'm 16 odd stones and quite aggressive when I ride. Hasn't even creaked once.

New tyres are on, needs air in the tubes. Will have to wait for paycheck before proceeding with the rest. Just 13 more days!

Blimey, air must be expensive in your area if you have to wait for a paycheck! Looking fabulous, I'd stick with the 2 bolt seatpin as trackies back then used them almost exclusively, they coped better with track stresses.

Ha! Air is free, campy nuts are not. Noted on the 2 bolt!
