It's finished. It feels great out on the road, really solid, every stroke goes straight to the road. Love it. I got a 26.0mm stem for a really good price in the end (Cinelli Grammo). I've only gone for a couple of short rides so far, couple of tweaks needed - feels like the bars point angle down when on the hoods.
