Running

Will you guys be easy to spot? I shall be spectating from a couple of places during the race and would be pleased to shout some encouraging abuse at you (HTFU, DAS, etc)

I'll have blue compression socks and a guide dogs vest on, oh and I'm short and fatter than I'd like!

I will be running in my LFGSS cap. Still need to work out how to DAS whilst running ...
