Dudes. I have some soft chorizo sausages (from Morrisons, don't get too excited) in the freezer - what to do with them? My thoughts so far:

• lentil or chick pea braise with chorizo
  
• epic saturday brunch, with fried eggs and corn tortillas
  
  

Any other pearls of wisdom?
