It would rise it just over an inch, but I'm liking the lower front end, allows me to play around the front wheel, vs. before it was daft to reach around it lol.
RE: mallet it was a white one, I think it was one of the ones made from the wrong plastic? Trying to track down a decent source of ABS material to use as a cap as I have a huge stash of PVC pipe thats light but brittle.
