Ok, calf is twinging this morning- how long would people leave it AFTER it feels totally better, before running again?
What has been happening is that I get impatient when it feels "mostly" better, go out and run and FUBAR it again, putting back my training for running and cycling.
So I've decided to not run until this is better- an interesting choice given the Duathlon coming up, but better to be able to do the cycle and not the run, than not to be able to do either.
