Registration: The deadline for teams and payment is May 19. Please send an email to cambridgebikepolo at gmail.com with your team name, player list and accommodation requirements. Entry fee is £36 per team, a paypal transfer to the above email address if preferred.

What kind of help do you guys need? I guess a building team on the Friday? Do boards need painting the wkend before?

Definitely we'll need a team to build on the Friday. If you have an electric drill you can bring it would be great.
We should have enough people to take care painting the boards (stencils only)

We wont confirm the format until we know how many teams are entered, but the tournament will run from 9am - 6pm both days pending any changes.

Is there any form or guidance with regard to how many European teams 'qualify' for WHBPC 2013 via EHBPC 2013 and is this then filtered by those able/committed to go?
Are there any other ways for non-American teams to qualify for WHBPC by right?
Yes to camping and hopefully will be there early enough on Friday to help.
