The recommendation with Quarq's is to use steel chainring bolts torqued to 10Nm, and to use carbon fibre assembly paste between the rings and the spider.
Apparently this reduces the zero offset drift.
This is all Scobnowledge btw- from reading the Wattage forum on Google Groups, which if you are looking for a power meter I would strongly recommend that you take some time to look through.
Also, I got a cheap SRM from that list- there are often bargains.
