i wonder if it worth advising the police before getting the bolt croppers out
just mosying up and cutting the bike off railings is tantamount to stealing in the eyes of po-po ... just try telling them, you've been watching the bike for months and you thought you'd have it away, without sounding dodgy !
and we all know what we think of real bike theifs
