used to work at the leyton bike recycling centre building up old clonkers / street finds etc
the council clearance guys use to deliver bikes cut off railings / left at waste disposal sites / found on the street
they didn't offer qualifications but they had a couple of top notch mechanics who could assist with pretty much any job, they'd had years of practice working on 99.99 double suss MTB's so could heath robinson pretty much anything
