I haven't broken any spokes or nipples in my front wheel in the 6 months since I built it. One spoke bent enough for me to bother replacing it.

Brass nipples.
My rear wheel was built with DT Competition 2.0-1.8-2.0 a year ago, but with alloy nipples. The corrosion has weakened the nipples making them almost sacrificial. I've been replacing them with brass one by one and this week I had my first spoke break, on a brass nipple.
Most of your wheels are overbuilt.
