Been mentioned elsewhere that ball bearing in a bit of sticky grease is good enough. That way, you can use a magnet to remove them when you need, but most thieves would not carry a magnet. Superglue means you can never remove the part.
^^ Ah fixed, of course, no brakes. Yeah, I have SS and hydraulic discs front and rear - stops on the spot with one finger. Very useful when peds step out etc.
