Can someone recommend me a small packing water proof-ish jacket? I'm after something as compact packing as possible, just an extra layer to have with me in case the worst inevitable happens and it rains, as I usually ride in just a jersey...

I'd rather not spend a fortune.

Also, black would be nice.
