  • If I'm honest with you, I think the diet sounds pap.
    Also, be aware that scales are not the be all of weight loss. Try taking measurements - losing half a kilo of fat may make a significant difference. Take progress photos (I used to think this was pretty stupid until I started but I'm into it now, even if it does feel rather vain). Being able to see progress when the scales aren't changing helps keep me motivated (I'm not losing weight to look better but seeing a change in the body serves as a reminder something's happening at least).
