........ I decided to go out for a ride as I had a day off.......bad, bad idea.
Norwich>Wymondham>Mulbarton>Norwich was a master class in epic grinding, numb feet and swearing at the fucking wind. If you could injury a fundamental force of nature, I would be up for GBH.

I also braved the wind, but only on a short ride into/around town. Also lots of swearing, but for a different reason - coming down Theatre Street towards St Stephens; not one pedestrian, not two, not three, but FOUR stepped out blind from one side of the road, only matched by the, not one, but TWO women WITH PRAMS step out blind from the other side. Everyone joined in the middle, including me shouting "FUCKING HELL" right in a babies face, somehow managing the squeeze through an invisible gap between them all. Could have been absolutely devastating. Ultimate justification for running a brake.

Yeah, people just don't look. Almost as bad as the corner by Jarrolds that people just assume is fully pedestrianised. I just know that had I crashed into those people earlier, I'd have been shouted at too, despite it being in no way my fault, and in fact often down to the cyclists skill that it's only a close call.

I left work at 8am this morning. After a shitty night shift i had a grueling, head wind resistant trawl home. Shit sucked big style.

Fancying a ride tomorrow morning...where to go?
-

Properly rode the falcon for the first time today, I seem to have developed some sort of rattle on the rear end somewhere and can't figure out what it is
Other than that it's awesome, real aggressive, a lot smoother than the bowery
-
• #347
Do you still have the bowery?
-
• #348
I replied on classifieds! I've got everything bar the wheels and pedals

Are you running those little valve washer type things? I've had rattly valves before, maybe check that?
Glad to hear it's running well rattle aside though, will maybe see you in the Dandy tomorrow.

Pliers. If it is that tighten the valve locknut with some grips. Works a treat.
Also. If anyone's changed from clipless to straps, do you fancy selling me a left hand pedal!?
