  • 3500+ cals a day, 6ft 2in, 14st 9lb and 10% body fat...I eat constantly, have dropped from around 17st just from changing the way I eat and what I eat and training harder

    Basically, there's no magic solution surprisingly!!

    In all seriousness though, between me and my gf there's not alot we don't know about nutrition and training!
