  • Think part of the reason for feeling shit was picking up a cold that's been going round the office, been struggling to eat for a few days and got some other symptoms.

    As for the coffee, usually 2 through the morning so 4 shots espresso, avoid it in the afternoon.

    I think our bodies are very different fixedcheese, if I had that breakfast I'd be craving more carbs and sugar an hour or 2 after, if I have a tin of tuna and some fruit I'm fine.

    Are you trying to lose weight?

    Forgot to get back about this, turned out the chest pains and lack of apetite was the start of a virus that left me with dizzyness, bleeding swollen gums, extreme fatigue and a variety of other side affects...

    Wiped me out for 3 weeks still recovering now!

    Oh and yep, I'm trying to lose fat.
