Er, my BB cap was stuck like **** tool didn't fit anymore due to previous deformation of a wrench. No don't know who did that, yes it pisses me off too. Else is the bike mechanic called The Boyfriend (don't hate me, I don't have all the tools yet myself)
I would say it's good customer service to explain pricing BEFORE you do anything. CRC has a standard BB removal charge which they applied to just the cup. They did tell me AFTER, always best to tell customers BEFORE.
