An option for any Wednesday could be to go to Rasa (veggie Indian with vegan options) in Stoke Newington followed by Easts drinkies which is a short waddle from the restaurant at the Jolly Butchers.
Happy with anything else as well. I liked the dirty pleasure of Loving Hut's fast food a few weeks ago and could easily be persuaded again. Would be up for trying the Smithfield Tavern as the last time I went their kitchen was closed. You've also got Amico Bio - good veggie/vegan italian (no really!) a stone's throw from there.
If it were a canal pootle then food then I guess one could do Victoria Park to Stoke Newington and Rasa or the canal in either direction to Camden then Loving Hut or Inspiral.
