in which case i think i'll get some decent bread, tomatoes and some fresh basil and go to town on it for lunch one day this week then.
It eat asap. My italian friends always complains about burrata being shit everywhere but in italy (as with everything else italian, thinking about it) as its supposed to be made in the evening and eaten the day after, no later than lunch. Basically, a 24hr old burrata isn't worth its name.
After comparing burrata here, and the fresh stuff in italy, they certainly have a point, but it's still amazingly good.
