  • I've got a bag of Climpson's new seasonal espresso blend (spring). They seem to really know what they're doing. Just really well balanced, the right roast, and easy to pour.

    Also grabbed some "high roast" espresso beans from Valvona & Crolla delicatessen in Edinburgh while I was home at the weekend. Classic Italian espresso. Super dark, oily, and treacly. It's a nice change, and it's great as straight espresso.
