The clicking might be that there's grit or whatever in the bearings of the BB. Or that there is a bit of corrosion on the bearings themselves. That's if it's standard unsealed bearings...
Yes could be, i will regrease and inspect but doubt it because it sounds a little tinny and metallic and only occurs when cranking down hard, not when spinning on flat.
I suppose could be wheel moving a little bit in the dropout?
or more likely is some kind of movement in the stem. As you can see it is very old and the sound is almost identical to the clicking/pinging sound when im tightening the top bolt and it is turning then stopping. Have regreased, taken out and re applied so we shall see.
