Just got back from a short ride on this to try and get the fit sorted.
The TT is 5mm shorter than my old frame, but feels much shorter than that. I know BMC sizing is a bit odd, but do all BMC frames feel more compact than they actually are? It's nothing a new stem won't sort out, it just seems odd that it feels so much shorter than it actually is!
