@Hovis, I'm not really sure, to be honest. I'll post a picture when I get the chance. In any case, the bracket that slides back and forth on the right dropout does have a hanger built in, so maybe their purpose by design has more to do with geometry than chain tensioning? Either way, it'll allow me to build it as a fixed gear without the use of an eccentric BB or hub.
