If that frame comes from Fruit, it's the old team frame of Ralf Elshof.
I've picked that one up for Fruit from the previous owner.
Ralf was a great track and road racer (and a nice colleague after his cycling career as well). Especially as a 6 days racer with René Pijnen and Peter Pieters.
