So for under £150 you want a set of wheels which will transform one bike into three different, better ones?
Yes, is that so much to ask?
Really, I just want a wheelset that will take disc brakes and let me ride my new bike. I was just wondering which would offer the best value for money and explaining what I would be hoping to use the bike for, not expecting that a cheap wheelset would turn a Pompetamine into a mountain bike and a cross bike. It's probably more versatile than a Langster, and should be nicer to ride down the Lea Valley cycle path and down the canal, essentially*that's all I need.
I've got a pair of CX75's in the post- are they now available in the UK?
I ordered mine from the US as I couldn't find a UK stockist.
Fatbirds seemed to be showing them in stock, but I couldn't find them anywhere else. Madison will have them in from 1st May so I'd be surprised if they were widely available here before then.
