A scam?
I've just had to deal with my bank, having gone overdraw in October, and then being not overdrawn, they carried on charging me.
The woman I spoke to said "oh, did no-one inform you that there would be additional charges after you've cleared your overdraft?" WTF?
I'm not overdrawn, so why are you charging me?! All accounts being closed now, bunch of muppets :/
