Not only does this match show you how shit football was back then and how the introduction of foreign players etc has been for the better if you are interested in quality. But there is also a goal given for England when a scotch defender handles on the line preventing the ball going in. The ref doesn't seem to hand out any further punishment in the form of cards. The goal is given and play resumes without any remonstrating from any of the players. Quality refereeing , no childish tantrums but utter shit football from 'athletes' that were little more than drunken Sunday league gas men
