Moderators (requests and notices)

This is like a epic shout of repost. You cannot expect many people to have seen it. People have been using rep in the belief that it is private, rightly or wrongly, and you must be aware that they have. To make public previous rep given or deducted now would be the biggest shit-stir in the history of the forum.

It would be wrong for me to agree with Will on anything rep related, so... Make it public! Now! Do it!
