Turbo Trainer Advice

The R&R has a massive footprint. I considered buying it but decided to go for simplicity instead. I knew I was going to keep the thing and wanted the most indestructible, reliable looking trainer that I could find.

Did we already cover buying 2nd hand?
The R&R has the same resistance unit. So the upgrade to a moving frame is bit much IMHO. I have rollers for flapping side to side indoor on.

The usual problem of postage is killing my second hand hunt. Norwegian post is as overpriced as it is shite. So buying from say oslo, isnt much different from the UK.
