I'm off to Afghanistan in 3 weeks time... keen to take some good phots. I've got an Olympus tough as a little digi P&S which is pretty good.
I want to take a 35mm camera though, I own a Yashica T5 but its fucked and has a light leak... I also have a Ricoh GRV1 but its in shit state so I doubt it will survive 7 months in Helmand. Any ideas?
I've had XA, Leica CL, OM2 and FE2 suggested as robust 35mm's to take but I'm not sure. SLR or P&S?
