That's sad. I was looking through the Guardian's interactive circuit guide earlier and found myself getting annoyed at all the soulless Hermann Tilke tracks we have today. I watched two on-board videos of Hamilton from last season, one at Monza and one at the chinese GP. Monza was great to watch. Fast sweeping corners, long straights and chicanes. The other one just didn't have any flow. Annoying stop-start twisty section with corners that tighten further after the apex and then a monstrous straight. After Melbourne there's Malaysia, China and Bahrain. How long before more of the classic tracks are ditched for more tedious safety-first circuits. If Spa or Monza go I might write an angry letter to someone
