At first he was trying to be polite and nice, but after I asked him if I could write down his plate he stood in front of it and kept asking what I want it for. He started to be more nervous, so I told him im gonna call police, but he kept saying ''what for, if you are hurt call an ambulance''. I didnt know what to do so I called my brother for an advice. I told him to either give me his name and contact number or I'll call the police. He just didnt want to police to arrive.
In a meantime when I was on the phone with my brother, he got in his car and drove away.
I bet he had no insurance/disqualified/no VED, it's a dead giveaway given how he acted. If he was drunk he would have just driven away and tried to sober up somewhere, you really need to get the police onto this. ideally you should have called the police the moment he drove away to report a hit and run, they would have been there pretty swiftly.
You need to get check out by a doctor too, shock and adrenaline are wonderful painkillers which often hide injuries. As mentioned before write down everything you remember right away.
