    when i started talking to the manager he said he did not want want to discuss the matter as he had already talked about it with Ada

    i had to ask him a couple of times to listen to what i had to say, which in fairness he did

    he blames a lot of the bad food on the old chef, and said that everyone else gives positive feedback on the food

    i pointed out that subsequent to the mussels meal which i returned i have not ordered food but have tried peoples chips which have been either undercooked or prepared in rancid oil. i was told that Sam was fired after he sent out the mussels to me like that. i was assured that nothing is cooked from a packet.

    the manager was keen to stress what a favour it is that we are allowed to keep our bikes in the beer garden, and that they let us reserve a table, i made appreciative noises about those things, though do think that given the volume of business we bring on a Thursday and that it does not greatly affect other customers this is a minor concession

    next week we are getting free food, and have been asked to give feedback then

    i personally feel this has got to last chance saloon time
