5.5 miles home, missed most of the sun sadly, but despite feeling knackered took 42 minutes, pretty pleased.
Race belt handed to Sparky, good luck for the weekend!
Just the long run to manage but have annoyingly left my gloves and tights at the office and I'm not de to go in tomorrow.
Will have to wing it, hopefully the weather will be good!
