i have been doing yoga for 8 or 9 years now, generally 2 or 3 classes a week though recently been doing even more (5 or 6) today I went to two different classes. can now stand on my hands, get my head past my knees while locking the knee joint out
when i cut down on my yoga practice, i can rapidly feel my flexibility reducing
