I saw you posted this on Tumblr, I tired to find one for sale right away.

yeh man, I doubt it you would ever see this on ebay or anything similiar...
there was one included in somebody's bike collection for sale but the price for the whole lot of around 18 bikes went to 50k $ and still didnt meet the reserve..

the corima rider would clearly benefit from one size bigger frame, so that he could still have bars in the same spot with a horizontal, shorter stem..
but he's not hhsb!

the whole idea behind that kind of stem setup is so that they can use the same frame for both sprinting and pursuits, when pursuit bars are fitted, they are nice and low and in the right position, look at greg bauge on his look for instance or the stems that come with bt frames.
