Orient Express - Cheap Chinese Rims / Wheels / Forks / Frames / Cranks / Etc

Has anyone purchased wheels from say seller: carbonwheels2011 ?

Was just looking at these http://bit.ly/XUAOKZ (not sure if that link will work as I'm on my phone.)

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with them? Trying to decide if I should buy those or get some rims built into some nicer hubs.

I have an 88mm rear, if I was doing it again I'd be inclined to just buy a rim and build it up in the UK, they used a flip flop hub and PG spokes, which isn't really what I wanted
