    Take a photo with you sitting on the bike.

    TRI tweak - inline or reverse set-back (set-front). Aim for tip of saddle over BB. Aka UCI legal track sprint setup and very common on the track.

    The need to do these things shows the frame doesn't fit, I can have a frame that fits made if I sell this for what I payed and have around £150 left over.

    I have a similar problem FYI - 5'11" and I ride a 54.5 effective top tube - however, over the last year I've moved from having quite a stack of spacers and a 100mm stem, to an negative rise stem and a 120mm - just through stretching, building up lower back muscle and gradually adjusting my position on the bike.

    Not saying it's impossible just far from ideal, wouldn't you rather a fitting frame?
