A new guise for the cbt italia with the intention to use daily when dry. Sadly still blighted by bottom bracket issues. The current 118mm bb causes the right hand crank arm to lightly kiss the chainstay when pedalling hard, plus it seems to have slight play. However it seems difficult/impossible to locate a 120mm french thread iso bb, preferably sealed, and none of LBSs seem to be able to help. I'm a bit stumped as I know the record chainset is designed to utilise a 111m bb.
I believe the frame was one of two made for the J Suire team in 1984, I do wonder which chainset cbt italia intended to be used with this frame.
Other than that it rides lovely.
