Depends, they are fairly stiff and aggressive so probably never be hugely comfortable for the street but for the track it shouldn't be too hard.
Making a larger one aero with the size of the headtube is a challenge though. I put 17 degree stem and B123s on a 60cm and the front wheel was still miles away.
