Rule of thumb is that it would lose a third of its value as soon as it is walked out of the showroom.
Is there a rule of thumb for annual depreciation?

No. Seriously, with a bike that's in good condition and barely been ridden I would say (for this bike) about 800, but that seriously depends on your market place. Here, you probably wouldn't get more than 650/7 for it, but on eBay, you may get up to 900. it's all relative.
I would put on ebay with a BIN of 900 and a reserve of 7, myself...

But losing 1/3 value the second it's bought, then it's sat for however many years after?
Even if 100% new and current buying privately it would go for less anyway because you don't have any of the benefits of buying from a shop. -

I have one of each of these. What are they worth individually / as a set?

How much would be reasonable to pay for a ~2002 Dawes Audax 531 frame?

The one featured in the BikeRadar review is the 2007, I'm 90% certain (I know the review is dated Sept 2006). I have this model, paid £250 a few weeks ago, in absolute fantastic condition.
I should expect you'd get around £400 for yours, given its impeccable condition. Have you sold it yet?

Anyone know what I should ask for a set of NOS Time pedals?

Hey
I'm helping a friend buy a new bike and i've found a really nice Fausto Coppi (see pic). It's got mosty Tiagra bits and in very good nick.
I'm not savvy enough to spot a deal so any help would be very much appreciated. Worth the £300 asking price?

Bottom bracket and headset are both fine. It's a lovely looking bike too so think I'll tell her to go for it. Thanks for the advise.

ok, i got another good bike to sell on behold of a friend back home in Treviso.
It's a smallish (50st 52tt) Pinarello Treviso i guess from late 80s (according to the cable route), campagnolo nuovo record group 8 speed (except for the lever, they are shimano 105). Campagnolo hubs on tubular mavic rims.
A little bit dusty but the conditions are awesome, how much is worth? here some pictures:

I figured. The bay is probably the best option in this scenario.

So niche time:
Brooks Millbrook Limited edition saddle bag in brown (not the black that's available on the Brooks site). As new but no packaging.
This one here:
http://www.brooksengland.com/catalogue-and-shop/bags/cycle+bags+%26+accoutrements/Millbrook+Leather+Limited+Edition/#sidecontentsSome very strange prices over the internet from $395 to €295 on the Brooks site
No completed posts on ebay, mostly I assume cos they only made 300 or so.
Any ideas? -

Rule of thumb is that it would lose a third of its value as soon as it is walked out of the showroom.
Where you go from there depends on how bad you want rid and where you're selling it: I'd guess that Ebay or somewhere like Bikeradar would get you your best price.
