  • Ebay purchase cancelled by mutual consent, but I have yet to receive a refund.

    Seller gone quiet after some guff about trouble with his PayPal account and getting a friend to refund me.

    EB appear to consider their involvement at an end, as the sale has been cancelled.

    PP seem to pass responsibility for anything related to EB sales straight back to EB.

    Can't find anything helpful about cancelled sales, only refunds relating to good not received.

    Suggestions please.
