Take a bic pen, drain it of ink.
Set ink aside for later.
Take empty pen and, using the now dry nib, gouge small holes all over your leg.
While the leg is still wet, take a sponge and soak it well with the ink, and dab it all over the fenestrated portion of the leg, insuring good penetration in the holes.
If you were adroit in your hole placement the illusion of a nicely blued leg will be yours. Shoot for at least a 200 pixel per square inch count.
