Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Someone calling me out like that would be enough for me to take him up on the offer, generally those sort of mouthy fuckers back the fuck down when you call their bluff.

You think it your right not to be called out for crossing a zebra or ped crossing when the most vulnerable members are using it with the right of way?
