Serious answer - if it's just a shop sticker applied over the clearcoat, just pick/peel it off (with your fingernail or something plastic, not a metal blade) and clean up any sticky residue with a mild degreaser (e.g. warm water & washing up liquid). Same as rim decals.

It's just that the sticker looks like it's been there a good decade. It's clinging on big time. Scared to pick it.
