Any question answered...

An update on my gloves, for anyone remotely interested in my “scientific” experiments. After washing and drying my gloves, I put them in the freezer. I then forgot about them, thought I’d lost them and bought some new ones. In the meantime, a friend came to stay and yesterday found the gloves and thinks I have dementia or something. The gloves have been thawed and I can report SUCCESS! After 2 weeks in the freezer, they no longer smell - AND I have new gloves! Win all round.

Just in time for spring…

Don't they have that distinct freezer smell now?
Maybe it's just our freezer but everything that goes in ends up with a distinct taste, from ice to fish fingers.
