Climbing out of the saddle today my bike started making "ziiiip, ziiiip" noises as the brake pads rubbed on the rim of the front wheel.
This is a Zipp 404 with 18 spokes - should I simply accept that it's going to do that, or can a bit more tension stop this? Or would that banjo the rim?
