  • im also a fan of stand alone geometrics dimi. tomas tomas has a less detailed style but creates amazing work, so you could try him or matt black does some nice, detailed geometric work.

  • also, grace neutral (http://ahistoryofweedcraft.tumblr.com/), who works exclusively by hand poking, is doing mandalas slightly differently and would probably love the idea of a geometrically based sleeve.

  • You restricting yourself to London, Dimi, or prepared to travel a few miles out? There are some interesting tattoo places that could be combined with a nice ride.

post your suggestion either way? am looking to make an informed decision in the future.
    edit: already did

  • Chest now lined, courtesy of Tiny Miss Becca at Jayne Doe Tattoos. OW.

Would love to see this when its finished. I was considering Becca for my sleeves before I found Kate. I really like her style apart from her faces.

I'll try an out some pics up soon. I got the queen of hearts coloured last session. Booked in on the 21st of March for next bit. Seems like soooo long to wait.

  • But Adam Lewis at Prick also does that style, Dim.

I think London would be more convenient. But I don't mind to travel, I have a couple of tattoos done in Cambridge for example. Tomas Tomas' work looks pretty cool.

  • PM Object. His geometric dot work half body suit thing is awesome. Amazing work.
    Someone in Brighton.

  • No idea how easy it is to get tattooed by him these day but Xed Le Head at Devine Canvas is one of the best in the world for that kind of stuff. Tomas Tomas' work is awesome too.

  • Getting something like this from James Lovegrove @ into you, next week. But it's going to be a ravens skull not a human skull

  • Developing designs for my right sleeve using photos from India looking at all of the patterns and the designs from there.

Mandalas and paisley designs all over. Henna design to finish it on my hand and maybe indian temple/palace at the top.

  • dimi- that's kinda the styles I'm going for but more free form, it looks really cool. An obvious answer is Thomas Hooper but that means adding a lengthy wait plus trans Atlantic airfares on to your tattoo plans..

TM- I still have a fair amount of blank space left on my arm yet, I reckon a good 12 hours or so.

For London, you could check out Laurent Maina at Never Say Die in Croydon, or L'ain Freefall at Evil from the Needle. Hardly an exhaustive list, just ones that caught my eye.

  • I really dig this kind of stuff. Want my left arm like that. Not sure who can do it.

    Nice idea Dimi.

It's Nigel but you will have to wait for at least a year. I just had my side from hip to shoulder done by him. Will have to send you pics in couple weeks.

Had dot work done on my thigh by Matt while he was still in New Wave. Try him now works in Divine Canvas.

Seen some stuff by tomas tomas pretty cool too.

  • Guy le Tatooer

  • Amazing

  • ^^ His work is INCREDIBLE!
I definitely want a piece by him one day.

  • Very impressive. I hope she never gets a turkey neck.

  • Amanda Wachob

  • Not keen on that an I reckon it'll not hold up well.

  • While its not my cup of tea, I do admire how it looks identical to the picture.
