I was trying to get some new bearings for mine recently, and the UK distributors have just changed. They didn't have any of the spare parts or even the technical specs when I rung, but that would have been 3 weeks ago. Get on the phone to Chicken Cycles and see if they can help.
It's probably a standard rubber seal of some kind though, definitely not new pedal time.
